Sukhumvit 31 micro-roastery selling single-origin beans, with a training lab, coffee gear and consultancy. PAGA roasts single-origin coffee and sells beans, brewing equipment and wholesale supplies. Much of its bean selection is Ethiopian, and the all-white space on Sukhumvit 31 doubles as a communal place for learning and drinking coffee. The roastery also runs a training lab and offers consultancy for coffee businesses. Beans are sold in packs from 45 to 150 grams, and the wholesale range serves cafe customers.
